The morning bridal prep was calm and relaxed while the venue was being transformed in to an autumn wonderland which featured a handcrafted wooden letter box, floral centre pieces and natural petal confetti.
The rustic theme spread continued throughout the hallway, onto the staircase and into the restaurant with subtle vintage pieces peering through, including beautiful teacup candles and antique books. All of the finer details such as glittery acorns and mini bunting helped to create a perfect fairytale setting.
Gill and Rob chose a cake in keeping with their theme with the bottom tier so realistic, many guests believed it was actually a log! Their personalised cake topper, made from wood of course, finished of the cake perfectly.
Anyone who knows Rob, knows he likes trees. Anyone else mad about trees? No? Just Rob then. Rob works in the forestry industry, which worked out perfectly for the couple - their florist was able to take some regular logs and turn them into something spectacular.
